The two starting bands will be there, but don't worry. If you're a traveling pro, you can just drive right underneath them long before they snap - no red flags, no problem...

Yah. I did not like them bands also. They never seamed to get started at the right time. And the people that were in charge of them did not seam to care. Sucks when you pay good money and get sucky bands. HUMMMMMMMMMMM!
