I think it depends what class and sanctioning body. They are changing it around, Josh should know better than anyone else on here. If the rules stay the same you can use any stinger reducer and cooling

What class are you racing? Lites, spec, stock, novice?

Stock with the SXR for sure and have to figure out what else to do. Looking to run 3 classes this year, most likely Vintage with the superjet and novice with the SXR if I can??

The stinger insert is legal in all stock classes for both IJSBA and APBA. It was brought up to remove the stinger insert and to not allow modified water routing as changes to the rules for the 2010 racing season but this did not pass. So go right a head and install the stinger. Besides has there ever been tech on the GLWT anyhow? :cool::eek:
Oh, and don't worry about Spencer, his HSR probably won't leave the trailer at over half the races since 3 rounds are located on Lake MI. (Sorry dude, I had to throw that in).
