Great shape for the year, all original and 100% unmolested. Great starter stand-up craft for a younger rider. If GLWC had a 550 specific class I would just keep it and race it myself. It is faster than a stock 650sx and pretty darn close to a 750...very light, lots of fun to ride. Big tray. Looking to get $1500. Clear title in hand.

Race it in the 650 Vintage class. It would be awesome to see that thing lined up against the 650 SJs that make up the majority of that class, and you should be plenty competitive as well. Plus, if you happen to race it on a day when the 650 and 750 Vintage classes are combined, you could really find out what that ski is capable of. Just don't sell it unless the buyer is gonna race it, please, as it would be really cool to see that thing lined up this year.

yeah...that, or let my 10 or 13 year old daughters race it! My 15 year old boy has no interest at all.....hard to believe it! I was 14 when I rode my 1st 400 stand up and never wanted to get off the damn thing to this day. That day changed my life...for real.

Don't feel bad. My oldest boy is 14 now, been riding since he was 10, and I built him is own limited 650 SJ for his 12th birthday and when he passed boater's safety and became legal. He loves to ride, but has no interest whatsoever in racing. He'd much rather play football and smack people in the throat with his forearm. Go figure...
