Sheboygan Hotel (formerly the Grand Hotel) I have no idea what this place is like, but they have rooms.
Three-story Motor Inn situated in the heart of Harbor Centre district, 2 blocks west of Lake Michigan.

If another option is necessary, I have an open unfurnished duplex in Green Bay about an hour away if people need a place to share. Requirements would be: no smoking, bring your own air matress, and clean up after yourself.
