Anyone hear anything about Sport Spec entries at LaX? It was nice to see one model of each of the 3 major brands running on Sunday at PP in Sport Spec, but it'd be cool to have enough Sport Spec skis in LaX to run it as a separate moto.

With the unoffical Spec X2 national tour running its undisclosed location races (rumored but not confirmed to be nearby LaX), maybe some extra X2s will participate?

Maybe Spencer will line up that Blaster before it gets sold? Maybe the new buyer will? Maybe the "secret buyer" that bought Joe's X2 will show up? Maybe some TCJPs will show up for freestyle and/or Sport Spec? A couple of the Bender Park guys are hinting about coming - maybe we'll see them? Lots of potential and possibilities for a good turnout, but who knows???

You should race more than one class pauly! My guess is that JJFlash will be in the house Fo Sho Yo!

Overall the entry fees on the GLWT are the cheapest in the Nation, look around to see what some have raised the prices to outside of WI.

I already planned on racing my Blaster [u]and</u> my SJ in LaX. My trailer holds 3 skis no prob, so what the heck... Before I got hurt, I was already thinking I'd run 2 classes this whole year - now LaX will be the test for my body, I guess. For a one day event, 2 classes probably won't kill me [:p] - especially when one of the classes lets me race my sally-blaster.

I hadn't realized that entry fees had gone up elsewhere. That's a shame. I've been too preoccupied to pay attention to what's going on outside GLW racing.

8 motos in one day?

You're making my back hurt even worse just thinking about that [8D].

You're gonna need a pit crew to keep your ski fueled up.

Pit Crew to keep the ski fueled up... My Stock SXR ran 18 motos in Pleasant Prairie between Spencer and I racing on it.

The prices on some Regional Tours went to $100 for Pro/Am & Expert Classes and $75.00 for Novice Classes.

We really do have it good in Wisconsin for great race site, great competition, and it is still somewhat affordable (which is relative to the rest of the nation).

What is AJ charging for his races? I know he is doing three moto races instead.

AJ is charging the following for his regional (not national) rounds of racing. I am not sure if his regional events follow the 3 moto format.

Break Down for UWP Regional Events:
Pro/Am Expert: $70
Novice / Amateur: $55
Beginner: $45
Am Freestyle: $30

I am going to do an entire break down of all the promoters in the News portion of this forum!
