New rule is that memberships are going to end in October. I understand that new membership season will start Nov. 1 of each year.
Problem 1
Some regions race longer so I see that being a problem.
Problem 2
If your membership ends in July you will have to buy an extra membership that year, unless you buy a single membership. I believe you can only buy 1, 1 day membership in a season.
Problem 3
If 1/3 of racers have to purchase a new membership in the mid season then 1/3 of the racers are being taken advantage of.
Now I'm guessing at this but I think it may be possible for some regions member racers to have to have 3 memberships in 1 calender year.
example: membership #1 ends and have to buy #2 to finish for national high points then you want regional points so buy #3 memberships (think Florida racing)
